What You'll Do

Lead the full lifecycle of AI solution deployment, from initial prototyping and technical scoping to system design, build, and stable production rollout within Kinetichomes' operational ecosystem.
Develop robust full-stack systems using Python and JavaScript, directly contributing production-grade code to implement AI models that enhance our construction efficiency, supply chain optimization, and project management capabilities.
Collaborate deeply with internal stakeholders across construction, operations, and finance, as well as external partners, to understand their unique technical challenges and identify strategic applications for AI to drive measurable workflow impact.
Drive the activation and adoption of deployed AI solutions, building strong relationships with user teams, gathering critical feedback, and iteratively refining features to maximize product utilization and value.
Serve as a key advocate for customer needs, translating field insights into actionable product and model roadmap contributions that align with our mission of delivering affordable, high-quality homes.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years of significant engineering or technical deployment experience, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing roles and successful project delivery in dynamic environments.
Exceptional proficiency in developing and reviewing production-grade, full-stack applications, leveraging Python, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
Proven expertise in building, integrating, or deploying systems powered by advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) or other generative models, with a clear understanding of their practical applications and limitations.
A profound ownership mindset, demonstrating a self-starter attitude, strong prioritization skills, and a commitment to achieving results independently in ambiguous, high-intensity settings.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with and influencing diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
