As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Chargeblast, you will be the bridge between our innovative technology and our customers' success, architecting and implementing robust integrations that drive tangible business value. You will leverage your full-stack expertise to solve complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum utilization of our platform while directly impacting our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack solutions and integrations to meet complex customer requirements, leveraging modern web frameworks and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide expert guidance to customers on best practices for integrating and optimizing their use of Chargeblast's platform.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, samples, and guides to facilitate customer self-service and product adoption.
- Debug and resolve advanced technical issues related to integrations and product functionality, providing timely and effective support to critical accounts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal tools, processes, and platform capabilities, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Requirements
- SENIOR-level experience designing, developing, and deploying robust full-stack applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in diverse technical ecosystems, including modern web frameworks, API design, and database technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience working directly with external customers or partners in a technical capacity.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to debug intricate systems effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with payment gateways, financial technology (FinTech), or chargeback management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management role.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical blog/portfolio.
