What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end development, from conception to deployment, of robust full-stack features for our core AI-powered social media automation platform.
• Architect and build highly performant, intuitive user interfaces and experiences using Next.js and TypeScript, enabling our clients to efficiently manage content creation and distribution at an unprecedented scale.
• Design, implement, and optimize backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with sophisticated generative AI models and other third-party services for intelligent content generation and widespread social network distribution.
• Contribute significantly to our platform's technical architecture, making key decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability as we rapidly grow.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, high-impact technical solutions that directly address user needs and business goals.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with a significant track record of success in building and scaling complex web applications, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and Next.js is essential, demonstrated through a strong portfolio or contributions to significant projects.
• Proficient in developing robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and working with databases, with a keen eye for performance optimization and scalability.
• Direct experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms, social media APIs, content automation tools, or digital media distribution systems.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, test-driven development, continuous integration/delivery, and effective version control (Git).
• Strong architectural instincts, capable of designing solutions that are not only functional but also secure, maintainable, and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
• An innovative mindset and a genuine passion for leveraging AI to solve challenging problems in the digital content and social media space.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
