As a LATAM Product Engineer (Remote) at e3 group, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our next-generation AI platform. You'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience and driving the technical direction of key product features, impacting thousands of users globally. You'll also work alongside talented engineers and product managers to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build interactive and responsive user interfaces with React and Next.js, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
- Implement and maintain TypeScript-based components and modules within the frontend architecture.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability across the full stack.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and mockups into functional software.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the frontend and backend systems.
Requirements
- SENIOR-level experience in FULLSTACK development.
- Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORMs.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and deployment.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
