We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Fullstack Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation AI legal platform. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling our applications, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of legal professionals nationwide. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust and scalable backend services using Python and LangChain to power our AI legal applications.
- Develop and maintain interactive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle increasing user demand.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- SENIOR-level experience in Fullstack development.
- Proficiency in LangChain, Python, React, TypeScript, and CI/CD.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
