As a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer at Lime AI, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our core products. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technical direction and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions. This role offers significant opportunities for leadership and technical growth within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions using React, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and AWS services.
- Architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, ensuring security and performance.
- Contribute to the development of both iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native.
- Write automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure high-quality code.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine product requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
Requirements
- SENIOR-level experience in FULLSTACK development.
- Proficiency in React, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Next.js, Android, iOS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

- Experience with Lang Chain & Lang Graph.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.
