- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, driving algorithmic quality and scalability for Outsmart's core applications.
- Pioneer agentic and generative AI use cases, from content generation at scale to multi-modal behavior classification from mobile signals.
- Architect and continuously modernize our AI-first Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including MLOps tooling and prompting standards.
- Define, implement, and enforce robust benchmarks for AI application performance and contribute strategically to the overall AI product roadmap.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of critical AI systems in production.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML engineering roles, delivering high-impact solutions.
- Deep expertise in agentic engineering and successfully shipping AI-first applications at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute across the platform with a strong understanding of product development, quality assurance, and developer experience (DevX).
- Experience defining technical benchmarks for AI applications and collaborating with product and engineering leadership to shape the AI roadmap.
- Proficiency with modern AI development tools and frameworks, with practical experience utilizing OpenAI models and LangChain.
- A track record of extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and a user-obsessed approach to problem-solving in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
