What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of critical mobile features for Outsmart's core consumer learning experience, ensuring high quality and performance in Flutter.
• Collaborate closely with our talented design team to bring state-of-the-art animations and interactive user experiences to life using Flutter, Rive, and Unity.
• Establish and champion high technical standards for code quality, scalability, and exceptional user experience, playing a pivotal role in shaping our mobile engineering culture.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, including robust unit and end-to-end tests, to ensure the reliability and stability of our mobile applications.
• Actively participate in code reviews and architectural design sessions, contributing to the evolution and long-term vision of our mobile platform.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of dedicated mobile development experience, with a proven track record of significant expertise and hands-on contributions using Flutter.
• Demonstrable experience in building, launching, and maintaining high-scale mobile applications, ideally with exposure to user bases in the millions.
• Deep technical understanding of mobile performance optimization, including profiling and tuning, alongside comprehensive knowledge of modern mobile testing strategies.
• Proficiency in writing robust unit and end-to-end tests, ensuring code quality, reliability, and maintainability across the application lifecycle.
• Ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of features and projects, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
• A strong user-obsessed mindset, coupled with a commitment to shipping high-quality, impactful work, and an enthusiasm for incorporating AI into everyday development practices.
