As a Mid-Level Fullstack Software Engineer at Rumor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will contribute to both the front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while building scalable and reliable systems. This is an opportunity to grow your skills and make a significant impact on a growing product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Build and optimize server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Next.js.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust SQL databases.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable TypeScript code.
• Deploy and manage applications and infrastructure on AWS using Docker containers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Solid understanding of React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Docker and deploying applications to AWS.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
