What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement engaging, browser-based playable advertisements from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Create polished player experiences, ensuring clear onboarding, responsive controls, intuitive UI, satisfying feedback, and strong calls-to-action.
• Develop flexible and reusable game systems and logic that allow for efficient adaptation of themes, content, difficulty, and pacing without code duplication.
• Optimize and rigorously test playable ads for performance, touch input, responsive layouts, fast loading, and cross-browser compatibility across diverse devices.
• Source, adapt, and integrate creative assets, including graphics and audio, ensuring optimal performance, visual cohesion, and adherence to usage rights.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS fundamentals, coupled with advanced knowledge of browser APIs and debugging tools.
• Proven experience independently developing and deploying complete, highly interactive browser-based games or engaging web experiences from concept to production.
• Practical expertise with a modern browser game development stack (e.g., Canvas, PixiJS, Phaser, Three.js, PlayCanvas, Cocos Creator or similar).
• Solid creative judgment across game mechanics, pacing, visual hierarchy, and user experience to deliver satisfying and polished player interactions.
• Experience building for and debugging on mobile/touch devices, including optimizing loading, rendering, memory, and audio for responsive layouts.
• Ability to efficiently source, create, and integrate visual and audio assets, along with familiarity in optimizing them for web delivery.
