What You'll Do

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance end-to-end features across the entire application stack.
Drive the adoption and implementation of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React and Next.js, along with cutting-edge tools, to craft intuitive and highly responsive user interfaces and backend services.
Design, build, and optimize efficient APIs and microservices primarily using Node.js and Python, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability in a cloud-native environment (AWS).
Take full ownership of key features and projects, from initial concept and detailed technical design through development, rigorous testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
Collaborate strategically with US-based clients and our talented Israeli development teams, acting as a technical leader and mentor to foster innovation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Actively integrate and leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and explore new frontiers in software creation.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of progressive professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating a profound understanding of the full software development lifecycle and a track record of delivering complex projects.
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js, capable of architecting and implementing sophisticated, highly performant, and user-centric frontend applications.
Extensive experience (4+ years) in backend development with Node.js, including the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Strong command of Python (4+ years) for backend development, scripting, data processing, and integration with various systems.
Proven hands-on experience (3+ years) with Amazon Web Services (AWS), encompassing deployment, management, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and services.
Adept at working in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience collaborating effectively within remote and distributed international teams, navigating different time zones and cultural nuances.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear, concise, and impactful technical discussions and documentation.
