As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Wonderful AI, you'll be at the forefront of deploying and integrating our AI agent solutions into diverse client environments. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless implementation, providing technical expertise, and driving customer success while contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions that integrate Wonderful AI agents with various telephony systems and data sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation and ongoing operation of AI agent deployments.
• Build custom integrations and APIs to connect Wonderful AI agents with client-specific platforms and workflows.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed AI agents, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI agent deployments and integrations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable components for future deployments.

Requirements

• SENIOR-level experience in full-stack development, with a focus on backend technologies and API development.
• Proven experience working with AI agents, telephony solutions (e.g., Twilio, Asterisk), and data integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
